If you have a lot of blackheads and an oily back, here is a solution to your problems -> Anti-dandruff shampoo. Use it on your back like you would with your hair, rinse with warm water, apply shampoo, rinse off, scrub back with soap and towel, rinse. And end with a burst of cold water.


Brush your tongue.
Yes, I don't care if you floss your ass off or use listerine every 30 seconds, that's not going to get rid of that unsightly 0.1mm yellow mound of whatever that's still on your tongue.


After a meal, gulp down the last mouthful of your beverage as quickly as possible. Then, rinse your mouth. This flushes out substances giving out stinky anions in your throat and mouth respectively, thus preventing bad breath.


How to have an efficient shower. APPLICABLE TO GUYS ONLY

• The initial rinse has to be with lukewarm water, this opens up the pores in your skin so you can scrub out all the dirt and oil more easily later on.

• Rinse hands quickly(a 1 second stream is enough) and continue soaping entire body.
• WASH YOUR PRIVATE AREAS, they aren't always the dirtiest parts, but they almost always are the smelliest.
• Finally, give yourself a good blast of warm water to wash everything off. Use your hands to make sure the conditioner is gone from your hair, if not you're gonna have to wait a long long time for it to dry, only to have an oily feel(its actually the conditioner, unless you didn't shampoo well).
• Alternatively, turn the temperature down a few degrees until it feels cool, this closes up your pores so you don't start getting grit stuck on your skin again.
• When you towel yourself dry, its the second time you will probably end up removing dead skin. Do it.
